Taaj

[WARNING: This clip includes some swearing.]

Taaj is one of FlyLo's troubleshooting ground staff, but has his sights firmly set on becoming a blockbusting movie director. Working in the airport is the perfect launch pad for his big-screen career because it actually has a shop that sells some his favourite films and there's no shortage of in-transit Hollywood stars to pester and pass his scripts to. He's proper connected, you get me?

Precious Little

Precious Little runs the airport's customer coffee kiosk. Unfortunately, circumstances apparently beyond her control necessitate having to regularly shut up shop ever so slightly early. Whether it's a mysteriously hack-sawed water pipe preventing her brewing hot beverages or her false fingernails making handling muffins an impossible task, Precious is pained to leave passengers parched and peckish but she simply has no other choice but to call time and head home, do a spot of shopping or go see Dirty Dancing the musical.

Omar Baba

Omar is FlyLo's unscrupulous main man, and he's grafted long and hard to cut corners and become the nation's eighth favourite low-cost airline. But his work is never done – it's a tough gig having to manage the damage of media controversies about his airline's sub-standard services, unethical practices and dangerous aircraft.

Moses Beacon

Busybody Moses is Great British Air's Executive Passenger Liaison Officer. He likes nothing more than delighting the airline's first class, business class and VIP passengers with puns, a complimentary glass of orange juice and a free flick through the tabloid press. The camera loves him, or rather he loves the camera, and appearing in the show is a perfect opportunity to drum-up support for the WishWings charity that he has set up to take sick kids on holiday. And if the poor blighters are too sick to travel, Moses will selflessly holiday on their behalf.

Mickey and Buster

Mickey and Buster are the airport's long-serving in-house paparazzi duo. But time has taken its toll and the boys have lost their knack of snapping glamourous faces from the world of entertainment. The fact that famous folk have come to know and loathe them – often grabbing and chucking their cameras to the floor – doesn't really help matters.

Melody and Keeley

Melody and Keeley are the gritty-glam faces of FlyLo's check-in. Shamelessly insulting passengers with zero tact and lip-gloss smiles, their service is as low-budget as the no-frills airline they work for. They claim to be 'bessie mates', but their friendship proves to be pretty fair-weather with a temporary promotion up for grabs. The claws come out and the bitching begins as Melody and Keeley compete to become the queen of FlyLo's check-in team.

Ian Foot

Armed with no geographical knowledge whatsoever and a racist commitment to lock down UK borders and keep undesirables like Scottish people out, Chief Immigration Officer Ian Foot will stop at nothing to keep his land and country safe. And his slanderous interrogations are not only reserved for dubious-looking passengers – he carries out routine checks on airport staff too, because no one should be trusted!

Fearghal

[WARNING: This clip includes language of a sexual nature.]

Fearghal is convinced he's the finest member of cabin crew to ever mince through the aisle of an Our Lady Air flight, and he's determined to bag the airline's highly coveted Golden Trolley award for steward of the year. Being blessed with brains as well as good looks, he has hatched a few cunning plans to help him secure victory and ensure that he is the talk and envy of the Our Lady Air town.
