Hannu
Hi BBC, I saw this: BBC Dear Iver, Thank you for your message to BBC Worldwide Channels. Top Gear is a hugely popular show and the most recently produced series was broadcast earlier this year. Regarding the repeats of Top Gear, many viewers enjoy seeing episodes from earlier series that they may have missed when first shown, or enjoy seeing episodes again.
NO!, We did not get the recent programs! And we do not want endless loops of your "best of ancient Top Gear episodes". Top Gear was the reason I got my subscription 6 years ago and now it seems it is the reason I will stop subscribing here in Sweden. We are not stupid, we need new stuff, some of us is not senile! By the way, SPA Sweden as bought 2008 and does not handle your stuff in Sweden, you might need to update your info here to! Thanks, have a fantastic day!

Dear Hannu,
Thank you for your messages to BBC Worldwide Channels in the Nordic region and we are sorry for the delay in replying to you.
Turning first to your comments regarding Top Gear, we apologise that a previous response on the site gave incorrect information regarding the broadcasting of this series in the Nordic region. We have now removed this response and we apologise for any confusion caused.
Due to rights and availability issues, there will always be a delay between original transmission and when we are able to bring programmes to our international viewers, but we do try to minimise this wherever possible. Top Gear series 17 is currently premiering on BBC Entertainment in the Nordic region and we do hope you are enjoying watching these new episodes. Currently we do not have any information about the scheduling of series 18, or indeed series 19 which is yet to broadcast in the UK, but we recommend you keep a check on the website for future scheduling details and information about new programmes on our channels in the Nordic region http://www.bbcnordic.com/
We are sorry you are disappointed that we are also broadcasting episodes of Top Gear which have previously been shown. For lots of viewers, our channels are often the only portal to allow fans of British television to see some of their favourite BBC programming and many viewers enjoy watching episodes of Top Gear more than once. As with all cable and satellite channels, repeats are a feature of most schedules. This is welcomed by those viewers who don't watch the same channel every day and, due to the multi-channel environment, often miss complete series. Nevertheless, we are committed to doing everything possible to introduce a higher number of new titles to our channels and are pleased to hear comments from our viewers on how the current programming is being received. In addition to Top Gear series 17, we do hope you are enjoying some of the other new programmes we have on BBC Entertainment in the Nordic region this month including QI series 8, Would I Lie to You? series 4, Alan Partridge’s Mid-Morning Matters and Friday Night Dinner.
We can confirm that we have now amended the details on the website regarding the networks on which are channels are available and we appreciate your feedback on this page.
Thank you very much indeed for taking the time and trouble to contact us and we hope very much that you will continue to subscribe to our channels and may we wish you a fantastic day as well.
Best wishes,
BBC Worldwide Channels
