I watch BBC Brit daily. I am sad that you rerun programmes so much. I see the same episode in the morning and again the very same evening. Why? I have seen some programmes already three times. I love Would I Lie To You? and Pointless. On the other hand, I find QI and especially Sandi Toksvig rude and dirty. And why do You promote Ikea with extensive stories of the brand?
Thank you for your message to BBC Studios.
We appreciate your feedback about BBC Brit and we are pleased to hear you are a fan of Would I Lie to You and Pointless. As you mention, we do show programmes more than once, and the same episode will often be shown at different times over the course of a day or week. This approach reflects the diverse viewing habits of our audience and allows viewers to choose the most convenient time to tune in.
We note your comments about QI, which remains one of our most popular programmes. Irreverent humour has long been part of the show’s appeal, but we appreciate that this is not always to your taste.
Finally, we also note your comments about Ikea, and we think you may be referring to the BBC Brit series Flat Pack Empire. This behind-the-scenes documentary series gave viewers a rare insight into the ups and downs of one of the world’s biggest companies and was produced according to the BBC’s strict editorial guidelines. We will, however, share your feedback, with the relevant teams.
Thank you again for getting in touch.
